NEW ENGLAND BOTANIC GARDEN AT TOWER HILL 11 FRENCH DRIVE, BOYLSTON, MA https://nebg.org/ From Boston: Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to Exit 11A for Route 495. Take Route 495 north to Exit 25B for Route 290 west. Follow toward Worcester. Take Exit 24, Church Street, Northborough/Boylston. Follow to Boylston 3 miles. Entrance to Tower Hill on right; dark red sign designates entrance. From Providence, Rhode Island: From Route 95 north, take Route 146 north exit. Follow for approximately 35 miles to Worcester. In Worcester, take the exit for Route 290 east. Follow through the city to Exit 24, Church Street, Northborough/Boylston. Follow to Boylston 3 miles. Entrance to Tower Hill on right; dark red sign designates entrance. From Hartford, Connecticut, and Springfield, Massachusetts: Take the Massachusetts Turnpike East toward Boston. Follow for approximately 40 miles to Exit 10, Route 290 Worcester. Take Route 290 east. Follow through the city to Exit 24, Church Street, Northborough/Boylston. Follow to Boylston 3 miles. Entrance to Tower Hill on right; dark red sign designates entrance. From the North or Northwest: Take Route 2 toward Leominster. Take Route 190 South to Route 140 -- Exit 5. Turn left on Route 140 South.Continue on Route 140 through West Boylston to traffic light at intersection of Route 140 and Route 70. Turn left onto Route 70. Travel 1 mile through center of Boylston continue on Route 70 another 1/2 mile until you come to a blinking yellow light at French Drive (blue highway sign will tell you to turn right for Tower Hill Botanic Garden). Turn right and proceed a short distance to the entrance to Tower Hill Botanic Garden on left; dark red sign designates entrance. OR Take Route 2 to Exit 35 -- Route 70 Lancaster Lunenburg. Follow Route 70 through Lancaster and Clinton until you pass Tahanto Regional High School on your right. Approx. 1-1/4 miles further along Route 70, make a left at the blinking yellow light at French Drive (blue highway sign will indicate a left turn for Tower Hill). Follow Interstate 95 (Route 128 South) to Exit 21B (Route 16 West). Follow Route 16 West for 2.9 miles and continue using Main Entrance directions below. From the East: Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90 West) to Exit 16 (West Newton). Follow Route 16 West for 4.7 miles and continue using Main Entrance directions below. From the North: Take Route 93 South to Interstate 95 (Route 128 South) to Exit 21B (Route 16 West). Follow Route 16 West for 2.9 miles and continue using Main Entrance directions below. From the South: Take Route 3 North to Interstate 95 (Route 128 North) to Exit 21B (Route 16 West). follow Route 16 West for 2.9 miles and continue using Main Entrance directions below. From the West: Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90 East) to Route 9 East to Weston Road exit (after Shopper’s World and the Natick Mall) toward Wellesley Center. Bear right at top of the ramp and follow Weston Road to the end. Take a right onto Rt. 16/Washington Street. Follow Rt. 16/Washington Street, and Elm Bank Horticulture Center entrance will be on your left, marked by a small green sign. For Education Center visitors, please park in the lot to your left marked by the sign “MassHort Parking.” Or continue onward for the Putnam Horticulture Building (PHB), which will be on your right. Vehicles over 3 tons, please call 617-933-4900 for delivery directions. To Main Entrance: On Route 16 West you will come to a stoplight (5-way intersection) in the town of Wellesley where you will bear left to continue on Route 16 for 1.7 miles. The Elm Bank Horticulture Center will be on your left, marked by a small green sign. The street address is 900 Washington Street (Route 16). Vehicles over 3 tons, please call 617-933-4900 for delivery directions. All others, turn left and enter the Horticulture Center. For Education Center visitors, please follow the ring road up to the right, past the soccer fields, and park in the lot to your left marked by the sign “MassHort Parking.” Or continue onward for the Putnam Horticulture Building (PHB), which will be on your right. Yahoo! Maps and Driving Directions This web site at http://maps.yahoo.com actually shows the Elm Bank Horticulture Center on their Wellesley street map. Enter the nearby address 1 Pond Road, Wellesley, MA, and you will get a street map showing the Elm Bank Horticulture Center outlined at the bottom. From there, you can zoom in and out and move in any direction to view the surrounding area. Back to top HERITAGE PLANTATION 67 GROVE ST., SANDWICH, MA http://www.heritagemuseumsandgardens.org From the Sagamore Bridge: Take exit #1 to Route 6A east to Route 130 to Pine Street. Follow to end of street and Heritage is on the left. From the mid-Cape Highway: Take exit #2 to Route 130 to Sandwich Village to Grove Street. Follow to the end of Grove and Heritage is on the left. Heritage Museums & Gardens is located on hour from Boston, 20 minutes from Plymouth. Heritage is within one mile of the heart of Sandwich Village, the oldest town on the Cape, featuring fun and fine restaurants, lodging and beaches.
